The Rancho sits on the edge of the Galisteo Basin, and the center of Santa Fe Plaza is an easy 15 mile drive. Coyote Casita is a perfect balance of Santa Fe city access and the wide open lands of New Mexico's outdoors. The casita offers easy access to over 15,000 acres of hiking & cycling.
Coyote Castia is one level, with over 1,200 square feet The casita features high ceilings, tile floors, natural fiber rugs, and abundant amenities.
Coffee service and simple breakfast items (plain greek yogurt and locally made pastries) are provided for your first morning, and wonderful local restaurants are a short drive for dinner. Santa Fe, Galisteo Basin Preserve, and many more destinations are easily accessible from the casita.
You will have the entire casita to yourself!
We live on the property, and are available for any questions or needs. We try to say hello to all of our guests, but give you your privacy.
Pets must be preapproved, and up to 2 dogs could be permitted on a case by case basis, with a pet fee of $20 per night, per pet. We also have a few guidelines for your pup.
1) Dogs may not be left unattended on the property. We charge for any damage done by your dog.
2) Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. We have invested in quality furniture, mattresses, and linens. Please request dog beds and blankets if needed. We charge a $100 cleaning fee if dog hair, dirt or mud is found on the beds or furniture.
3) Excessive barking (over 5 minutes in duration) is not allowed.
4) Pick up all poop immediately. Poop is hard to find, and if left in place will contaminate our water supply. We charge $10 per pile if we have to remove waste from the property.
